திருக்குறள் உலக நூல்... பிரான்ஸ் பயணம்.

மாண்புமிகு பாரதப் பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி அவர்கள், இந்திய மக்களின் நலனுக்காகவும், இந்திய மாணவர்களின் நலனுக்காகவும், பிரான்ஸ் நாட்டு அதிபர் திரு மேக்ரான் அவர்களுடன் கல்விசார் ஒப்பந்தங்கள் அடங்கிய புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தை மேற்கொண்டார். அதில் மிகவும் முக்கியமானது இந்திய மாணவர்கள் தங்களது உயர் படிப்பை உயர்கல்வியை, பிரான்ஸ் நாட்டில் தொடர்ந்து தொடர 5 ஆண்டுகள் வரை விசா வழங்குவது, பிரான்ஸ் நாட்டில் திருவள்ளுவர் சிலை நிறுவி திருக்குறளை யுனெஸ்கோ மூலம் உலக நாடுகளுக்கு எடுத்துச் செல்வது, யூபிஐ என்னும் பணப்பரிமாற்றத்தை பிரான்ஸ் நாட்டில் விரிவாக்கம் செய்வது என்பனவாகும்.

பூவோடு சேர்ந்து நாரும் மணக்கும் என்பது போல் நாமும் மாண்புமிகு பாரத பிரதமரின் பிரான்ஸ் பயணத்தின் உடன் இருந்தோம். யுனெஸ்கோவுக்கு தேவையான ஆவணங்களையும், திருக்குறள் பிரெஞ்சு மொழி சார்ந்த ஆவணங்களையும், யுனெஸ்கோ தலைமை அலுவலகத்தில் டைரக்டர் ஜெனரல் அவர்களிடம் சமர்ப்பித்தோம்.

தொடர்ந்து பிரான்ஸ் நாட்டில் இந்தியத் தூதரிடமும், உயர் அதிகாரியிடமும், திருக்குறள் தொடர்பான நூல்களையும் விபரங்களையும் வழங்கினோம். அவரும் அதை யுனெஸ்கோ தலைமை அலுவலகத்திற்கு பரிந்துரைத்தார்.

யுனெஸ்கோவின் இந்தியாவுக்கான நிரந்தர தூதரிடமும் ஐந்து மொழிகளுடன் கூடிய திருக்குறள் புத்தகத்தையும், இது தொடர்பான ஆவணங்களையும் சமர்ப்பித்தோம். அவரும் அதை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு யுனெஸ்கோ தலைமை அலுவலகத்தில் டைரக்டர் ஜெனரலிடம் பரிந்துரை செய்துள்ளார்.

இது போன்ற வரலாற்றுச் சிறப்புமிக்க நிகழ்வுகள் தொடர்ந்து நடைபெறக் காரணமாக இருந்து வரும் பாரதப் பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி அவர்களுக்கு நமது நன்றியை காணிக்கையாக்குகிறோம்.

Hon'ble Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi signed a Memorandum of Understanding with French President Mr. Macron for the benefit of the people of India and for the benefit of Indian students. The most important of which is to provide visas for Indian students to continue their higher education in France for up to 5 years, to install a statue of Thiruvalluvar in France and take Thirukkural to the world through UNESCO, and to expand UPI money transfer in France.

We have been with the Honorable Prime Minister of India's visit to France like a flower is accompanied by a fiber and a scent. We submitted the documents required by UNESCO and the Thirukkural French language documents to the Director General at the UNESCO headquarters.

Subsequently, we provided books and information related to Thirukkural to the Indian Ambassador in France and to the high officials. He also recommended it to the UNESCO headquarters.

We submitted the Thirukkural book in five languages and related documents to the Permanent Ambassador of UNESCO to India. He also accepted it and recommended it to the Director General at UNESCO Headquarters.
